Had a really great stay for the price. It was particularly good and comfortable within walking distance of everything. What's more, I was near Many nearby restaurants, Fredericton and the center.

the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom were brand new, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer included. the manager was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed at a three-bedroom apartment with ample parking and easy access to downtown. the interior was impressive with high ceilings, attractive decor, and comfortable beds for all of us. Despite its close proximity to a busy road and highway, we experienced no issues with noise. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Work Play Suites Union. Cons: No issues at all. 👍.

The apartment was charming, had views of the Fredericton downtown and the Saint John River. Its location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, 5 mins drive from Beaverbrook Art Gallery. In fact, it was next to a trail along the river to walk in the evening, bike trails and a taxi.

The check-in process was confusing and we were given the wrong address and access code. The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with thin and worn-out bedding and towels.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. there was no air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.

Excellent lighting and a modern big screen TV. Two numbered parking slots for each unit. Lovely view of downtown and the river.
